Meeting with Molly Portz, chief of staff of Global Programs and Strategy Alliance (GPS Alliance), the central international office for the University of Minnesota system (mid left), Professor Charlotte Melin, chair of the Department of German, Scandinavian & Dutch (right), and Deanne Silvera, Director of Exchange Programs at the University of Minnesota (left), with Prof. Roberta Maierhofer, Director of the Center for Inter-American Studies and presently Research Associate at the Center for Austrian Studies of the University of Minnesota (mid right).  Topics of discussion were the possibilities of cooperation between the cities of Graz and Minneapolis, an internship within the city systems with support from the Center for Austrian Studies and the Center for Inter-American Studies, and the participation of students from UMN at the International Summer School Graz Seggau in the years to come.
